(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Basically I forgot to make back up cd's when I first got my laptop and now I want to wipe everything of the computer, so basically I want it how it was when i first got it with nothing on, any idea's on how I can get this done? +rep if somebody can tell me Smile

Um the computer BIOS would not have a system restore. That means you have a version of windows still on the hard drive to do that. Best advice is to backup your files.

Then burn or use a cd that has the exact windows version and edition that you are using. Then just reformat the hard drive and re-install everything. Reason to get the same version is so your key will work...

Yep Smile You'll have the option to back up your data as well. ( not all computers have this option though, I know HP's do )

if you bought it try calling who you bought it from and they will tell you how to put the os on the disk or send you one thats only if it was bought at a store and do your self a favor dont delete random stuff if you were id laugh if you deleted system 32 or some other files you need to keep the computer running :black:
