Anyway this is the best PC prank ever without the use of codes. You need access to the person PC so its best to do it on your friend/teacher/work friend etc.
1) Take a screen shot of the victims computer.
2)Open MS paint and paste the picture. Save it to the desktop.
3) Right click anywhere on the desktop > View > untick "show desktop items"
4) Apply the saved screenshot as a bg.
5) for extra effect move the taskbar the side or top, right click it > properties > check auto hide.

The person will come back to their computer and be like "OMG, why wont it ****ing work???:mad:"

It would be a good one to pull on a girl.... lol
