Next Morning I Tryed To Turn It On But It Would'nt Go To The Log-in Part My Mouse Was Just Sitting There With A Black Background. This Has Happend Before Where I Had To System Repair It, It Was Simple And Easy! But This Time It Saying If You Have Any Deices In Please Disconnect Them And Restart I Did That But Still Came Up With The Error. And Then I Went To System Restore. "No Restore Points." I Do Not Have An Install Disc. My Laptop Is Windows 7 64-Bit.

COuld be your hard drive... What I would do is "Find a copy of windows" and then create a disc and reinstall... Easiest method... if you do not have a lot of things on your comp... But if you are like me and have over a Tb of stuff then you might want to boot from said windows cd and attempt to repair...
