2. After downloading it will show a Serial Number: Just delete the Trial Serial and enter this:

3. Just update it, then your all set :p

sorry if this is a noob question but why doesnt mine install
when the installer comes up it says this:
Severity: Error
Error code: 0xE001003D
Error message: specified file was not found.
Additional message: an invalid control file has been recieved. Please try again later.
Context: Initialization of the avg online installer
