Ok, I can do basic HTML. I can set you up a great forums site if you want, not amazing with GFX logos but I can organize and set up your site by getting it forums and pages and stuff, PM me back

I bought a domain so u dont really have to worry bout that and im looking for a hosting server i can use. I want something like optic kinda but not exatly the same. Forums,Videos,Members,Downloads,News. plus the home thats maybe 6 pages. The reward is money and if i can get my connections right some gifts from sponsors.

Well the biggest issue is that you are wanting a forum. Creating a forum from scratch can be a huge pain in the ass. So the forum may need to be hosted outside of your site.
