(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey everyone, I need you guy's help really bad.. anything that helps is much appricated! And I appologize if this is in the wrong section, I'm new here. Please forgive me.

Here is the deal, A couple of days ago I was on my personal desktop computer browsing youtube when all of a sudden my wireless internet disconnects. I thought it was weird, but it had happened before so I didn't think much about it. I tried to reconnect, but the second I clicked connect, it said unable to connect. Keep in mind I did download a GFX Pack from Megaupload about 15 minutes before, don't know if that has anything to do with it but I'm not sure. I thought it was just a minor issue so I tried to get on my iPod but the wifi on it had disconnected and will not connect back. So I went to the laptop and that will not connect. Xbox won't connect either.

(Those are all upstairs). So I came downstairs to find that my parents desktop was connected and working fine, my father's laptop was connected and working fine, and my brother's iPod was connected and working fine. Also keep in mind that we are all on the same wifi connection, and have a Netgear router.

I am also connected to my AIM on all three devices, except my xbox of course. I called my internet provider and they said it's not showing anything wrong on their end.

Steps I have tried that didn't work:

. Reseting the router
. Leaving the router off all night
. Turning off and unpluging the router.
. Forgetting the network from each device, and try to recconect
. Reset the router settings
. Brought the items right next to the router

This is slightly the wrong section, but no problems. It will get more noticed here. It really belongs in Internet Discussion, but on with the problem.
I looked at your list, and really I dont know what you could do right away, but you left off your list, calling your internet service provider. If you havent done that I suggest doing that because they are the experts.
I know this wasnt direct help, but I hope it helped a little.

I assume you tried the repair on your wireless settings?
What is odd is that you say everyone else is running of the same router and their wireless is fine, but all of your wireless equipment won't run.
Do you run them off the same network settings/
Get your desktop running.
If you have to go into your programs and uninstall the wireless. then reinstall it and try?

I used to get this all the time and right clicking on the wireless thing and going to Repair (Reset IP address) would work every time.
