It might be there it depends on when you downloaded IE8

I listed the directories above just go into the first directory than the second and so on until you get to the last one
You can right click for assistance,If your having trouble try googling a tut or somthing thats the easiest way :p

Mkay. I Got It. But It Was Under Documents And Settings. For Some Reason I Don't Have That File.
