So the first step is to download Universal Theme Patcher which you can get right You must login or register to view this content. (Mirrors at end of tutorial)

The second step is very simple. After you download the UTP start it up. You should get a screen that looks like so:

Its as simple as patch your files! You will be prompted to restart your computer, so save everything, and restart it! You will then be able to install any 3rd party (custom) themes onto your windows computer!

When I run the universal patcher, the "themeservice.dll" doesnt come up on it.... How am I supposed to patch it?
