As stated in the sexy little picture I made above, we are going to be unlocking Google Chrome's profiles feature! This is handy if you don't want anyone to see what you browse or any sites you go on while using Chrome!
1. Copy the Chrome shortcut and name it "Chrome [ENTER PROFILE NAME HERE]." Now right click on your new shortcut and select 'Properties'.
2. Find the target box and scroll to the end of the text.
3. Now after where it says chrome.exe, put a space and enter the following code:
--user-data-dir="C:\Location\Of\New\ENTER WHATEVER NAME YOU WANT HERE
You must login or register to view this content.
(should look like the picture above)
4. It has automatically made that folder in your C drive. Now you can have your friends or family use this to avoid them seeing your history or sites visited.
If your still worried someone will go on your profile, just hide YOUR Chrome shortcut somewhere or hide it in a You must login or register to view this content. :p
