Simply call your service provide and ask for an upgrade. You may have to pay abit more for internet but that would fix it totally.

YOu can get with 55$ , 8Mb or higher !!

I wouldnt say you need an upgrade in bandwidth but but maybe a speed increase.. If you are splitting your internet between to many people this can happen.. Go to speedtest.net and post what you get here
