1) it takes approx 2 hrs to download it.
2) make sure the downloaded file is an .iso. if it is then insert a blank dvd and go to disk utility. mount the iso using that and burn it to the disk using the burn button. Now you have a bootable windows 7 dvd!

install parallels! then download it to your mac and copy it over to the windows OS
