Unzip htmlconv1_3.zip using any archiving utility.
In an MS-DOS prompt, CD to the directory in which you unzipped htmlconv1_3.zip.
CD into the converter\classes directory.
Launch the HTML Converter with this command:
java -classpath . HTMLConverter
