A: It lags a little when you first start bombing. This will be fixed soon.

Q: Why do I have to select the Cell Service Provider?
A: So you don't spam random people, and it needs to know what network they are on to send via email.

Link fixed, for bombing email just put in your gmail and pass, victims email, subject, and message then click bomb; for celluphone its the same thing but you put in phone number and select wireless provider then bomb.
