Here is the steps:

Unrar file
Run application
Click on the desktop icon(if chosen)

DESKTOP ICON:

It should bring up something like this:

Look around on the program to find "Insert Text"
and then you click on it, and it will let you type your name in many various fonts, and sizes.

below in the bottom left corner, is affects. There you can choose many various affects such as:
weather, fire, Breaking apart, exploding letters and such.

I have used this tool maybe like 7-8 times, to make a flashing text signiture. I do not know how to make a signiture using Photoshop, so my dad showed me this tool. It is very easy to use and Simple as can be.
I can easily make a signiture quick and easy. Takes maybe 5-9 minuites at the max. has some interesting features, has lots of effects also. File is 28MB so it wont take that long to download the file.
I uploaded the file, and wrote this for beginners. If you know how to use photoshop, or any other signiture creater tool. Then thats good :y: Just uploading a simple tool, that lets people who has never made a signuiture, make one quick and easy.
