1) Create your video, the best video is to take a video that is still in beta or alpha and testing. Now don't do games like MInecraft or World of Warcraft unless it is something hard to do. The channel youtube.com/tacoproductionslive got a ton of views by making videos on the Cataclysm beta.
1a. Make the tags to your video things that have to do with your video, now this will get you the best feedback because people will find this when they
search it don't do unrelated because you might not always get the best
feedback. If your video is about the MW3 beta you may make tags like this:
"call of duty, modern warfare 3, 2, 1, activation, trailer, release, beta, alpha debut, infinity ward, ghost, nuke, sledgehammer games"
1b. Now the next step is a appealing title lets stay on the same subject, MW3 lets make it "CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 3 OFFICIAL BETA GAMEPLAY" another good one if you want to be more official would be: "NEW: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Beta Gameplay 6/7/11" add a date
1c. Make a good description lets say "The official MW3 beta gameplay more coming so please subscribe!"
2) Now we will get to channel tips, you should have things such as a good background to get one you can google it or find a shop here on the site.
2a. Avatar, your channel avatar needs to be something amazing, if you brined MW3 gameplay than have the MW3 Logo and maybe edit it including:
