Post: PS3 Pad to PC {Use full}

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys another thread on how to use a ps3 controller on a pc?
first of u need thease things..
Ps3 controller
usb for pad


Download eather 1 of these drivers-

sixasis driver x32- You must login or register to view this content.
-Should- support x64

Xpadder-https://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Xpadder/1148671810/1

1. plug your controller into your pc

2. them go to the driver file you just downloaded then click on cload driver then exit

3.restart your pc But leave your pad in.

4.ok once you have done that open up xpadder

5.click on a little icon at the top of the program next to 'save new layout'

6.then once you have clicked on that go to new then it should open up another window .

7.you should have some options infront of you that says ...save, new ect. there should be 1 that says open click on it.

8.then scrole throught the pictures of the pad then select a picture of a ps3 then click open

9. when you have the pic of the pad go throught the optinos in the little box ith that window.

10. once you have that set up you pad it should be fully functional.

oh yeah it works, set it to ps2 layout (with analog) and it works . . .


it fells so much better to use!

just do it, then when u configure it with xpadder hit up/left on analog sticks and they'll work.

a question: is it possible to use a ps3 joypad configured with xpadder to play mw2?

Yes it will be possible because you change to button layout so your keys match the controlles Etc.. w- analog up..
