Launch command prompt, amd set a scheduled time in 1 minute or so for command prompt to open. Insert► at 10:30 /interactive “cmd.exe” fill time with minute after your local time.
Wait for the time and a command prompt will be launched
After it is launched automatically press [CTRL] + [ALT] + [DEL] and lauch task manager.
select processes and find explorer.exe and end the process.
Close Task manager then close the first Cmd window.
You should have the second 1 open with an empty desktop.
In it type cd, then type explorer.exe
