Click on the second option and add this in "Please explain briefly" :
and fill in your signature and Statement of good faith .

Click on continue, and your dispute will be reviewed .

Click submit dispute.

YOUR ALMOST DONE! REFRESH THE PAGE AND...!

Your video is now unblocked ! Go and check your video status !
