Internet Security is more secure, however it probably uses more system resources. Honestly, Pirate Malwarebytes full version, use COMODO Firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials. It uses like 20k Memory and it works excellent and fast.

But to answer your question, Internet Security is more secure and better.

Bad thread set-up choices try to make it look more professional. Anyways use both. That is because some threats will get by the internet security so a regular ant-virus is needed as well as some sort of program like Malwarebytes.

internet security is just live protection from url links or anyone trying to search your computer adware spyware stuff like that anti virus is computer based and stops files from accessing windows files and changing them
