Error… Cat invasion!
This is for E-whoring so even if I was over 18 I wouldnt really want real details, I have tried making it verified still gets limited in less then a day, ive tried sending it straight to another account, i have read things about a stealth paypal account, but cant seem to find how to do it, any help would be much appreciated!

i started guessing paypal limit randomly new accounts, 3 days ago i signed up a new account (real info) without adding any card or ID, i already recived 10 € and paypal hasn't limited me yet...(Italian account)

Ok I did that made a new one, but where can I get a VCC or a prepaid card with out out paying, because I cant use a credit card to pay for a prepaid card or anything.

i tried it before doing a real paypal account but it hasnt worked for me
