This is for E-whoring so even if I was over 18 I wouldnt really want real details, I have tried making it verified still gets limited in less then a day, ive tried sending it straight to another account, i have read things about a stealth paypal account, but cant seem to find how to do it, any help would be much appreciated!

best way is to do a prepaid card and use it for paypal. i looked for for a method for 2 months then i decided to have this...you can do it also if you are under 18

Ok mate well im going to make a new paypal account and from the start make it good so it doesnt get limited, I'm guessing I cant make it off my computer because they will link it back to old accounts, and I probably shouldnt use my real name again because its already been used before. So should I use fake name generator get my friend to make me one, (aus, us, uk any recommendations?) then I should verify it using E*trade or a VCC/Prepaid credit card) is there anything else I should then do to make sure i dont get limited? (I will be having lots of small payments of just $20 coming through and stuff like that)
