First off if you're using chrome which most people do, you'll need to get a development build of adblock plus that can actually block ads rather than hide them.

Before you're able to install it you'll need to go to chrome://flags/ - this page is just to enable and disable some special features of chrome, once there go down to 'Experimental Extension APIs' click enable on that then scroll right down to the bottom and press the relaunch button to restart chrome.

Next go to You must login or register to view this content. and get "Adblock Plus for Google Chrome™ experimental builds" these are nightly builds that use the experimental extension API's to enable better blocking.

Once installed go to chrome://settings/extensions then down to where adblock plus is then click options to go to the options menu, then go to the 'Add your own filters' tab then click 'Edit filters as raw text' near the bottom then paste

into the box and click apply changes, then just load up NGU and if you haven't already switch to the BF3 theme, which these are for, because it looks the best using the BF3 theme.

If you use firefox just install the firefox development build from the page linked above and block the same URLs, you don't need to do anything special to do it.
