2) Now type :cd/ then press enter.
3) Now type :netsh int tcp show global then press enter.
4) Now type :netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled then press enter.
5) Now type :netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal then press enter.
6) Now type :netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp then press enter.
7) finaly type :netsh int tcp show global then press enter.
Cool Man (aka Tustin) Now close cmd and use your browser you should notice a difference.
