(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have just purchased this desktop computer from the HP website. I will mostly be using it for music, video editing, and some gaming. Is this a good PC for those uses. I believe I got it for a great deal.

yeah, better deal than my custom built, but I think it's cause the processor is kinda bad. 2 out of the eight cores aren't even main, their like sub, so it's like a phenom 2 x6. everything else is good.

This might not be the best computer for gaming with that processor but I guess you'll do fine.

Eh, the FX is a pretty piss poor CPU, it draws alot of power and runs hotter then hell, not to mention they aren't even full cores. But for $800 I guess you cant really complain. I would have just saved a little and just built a pc around am i5 2500k

Meh, it's more expensive because It has "beatsaudio" which isn't needed whatsoever. I only use Intel Processors so I don't really know if that Processor is any good. For that price it's not really worth it.

Don't get down on yourself though, It's good for the price (since your not making it yourself) and actually a really good deal Smile

Yeah Buddy!
Good deal but shoulda built your own, i did with like no experience whatsoever, shoulda went with an i5 2500k and maybe something like a 6950 a 560Ti or 570 gpu would have been more suited, but it will work great for most of what you are wanting it for!

At least I can fight
Yeah, If you're using it for music and Beats Audio then that's a good match. Video editing and Gaming also would run smooth on this as well.

You'll probably hear this alot, but building is where its at. It's cheaper and you get to choose exactly what you want. And ya it looks fine for the price. Good job.
