My graphics card is currently a ATI Radeon HD 4200 with 2940MB. The only game I really play is Minecraft. I would enjoy to get maybe a constant 100 FPS while playing in a small screen and like 60 - 70 FPS in full screen. I usually get 50 - 60 FPS in a small screen.

Minecraft is weird with FPS. I just upgraded from integrated graphics to a GTX 550 ti and saw NO difference in FPS. I can run skyrim on ultra though..

Huh. That's weird. I'm probably going to upgrade to a ATI Radeon HD 6770. I found one for about $100. Hopefully my computer can install it.

I was going to get that GPU! But if you need any help ask. Installing my GPU was probably the easiest thing i'v ever done.

If your looking to spend around 300 i would go with like a EVGA GTX 560ti or a GTX 570. I have a 570 and can play any game on ultra over 60 fps. Although the max res with the card is like 1360x768 so if you want it with full hd you need to get something better than that.
