I'm not new to this
I would choose the second one if money wasn't an object - it seems to have all around better specs with less HDD space - but it has a SSD.

You haven't put the prices and why is there no option for 'neither'?

A SSD reads and writes WAY faster, but it only has a limited amount of writes before its fried. They're great for putting your OS or something on, but not for normal use.

I would go with Pack 2 normally but I picked Pack 1.
Any hardcore PC gamer will tell you that you need a GTX 590.

You also never told us if you want a editing, gaming, work, or browsing computer.
