OHai there Smile

So finaly after a month of trying to decide if i want to buy a computer off a store or build my own computer, I decided to build my own computer Gasp
But i don't really know what to get for the new PC Gaspkay:
I Basicly have 1k$(1000 Canadian $) to spend on the new computer

Here is basicly what i want to do on the PC:
Games like skyrim
Host minecraft server for 2-3 people
Browse reddit-youtube and such
Have a dual screen ( I already have the 2 screens)

I know that i must get a good graphics card and a descent CPU but witch kind? and what should i really not forget?
P.S. ---> I already have a keyboard and a mouse and the 2 computer screens so no need to worry about that

Thank you for any suggestions
if you really want to help me out it would be apreciated to suggest me a few computer specs

Try looking for a good AMD processor and motherboard, with an ATI/NVIDIA HD Graphics Card, 500gb-1TB SATA Drive, a Super Multi CD/DVD Burner, and atleast 4gb-8gb of RAM. I would recommend the ATI Radeon HD6450 for a graphics card.

I was thinking on going bigger on the graphics card (I Will be gaming on this PC ALOT) and buying something more like GeForce GTX 570 or maybe Radeon HD 6950. could this fit in my 1000$ budget?

You can't install Mac OS X to it, you need the proper hardware not just an Intel Processor.

Do you really think i need ALL that RAM? (I don't really do multitasking on computers usualy. either i'm playing a game or browsing)
Think its possible to lower to 8GB of RAM and maybe change that CPU for another one? (maybe something like AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core [not really sure if its really better but made some research online and it said it was better :P ] )

Oh and i was wondering if i get this.... it dosn't come with windows 7 on it dosn't it? So i will end up having to buy it and spend way over 1000$ on the new PC :\

Just download Windows 7 off the web, and get a Windows Loader Smile And it's up to you. The more RAM the better the MC Server can handle.

You don't need 8 cores for gaming if you really want more power out of the CPU get a quality water cooling kit and overclock it, there are many MANY tutorials all over the internet and PLEASE PLEASE don't buy Windows 7 just download it via torrent then crack it > Just saved you over 150$ Smile
