Think its possible to lower to 8GB of RAM and maybe change that CPU for another one? (maybe something like AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core [not really sure if its really better but made some research online and it said it was better

Oh and i was wondering if i get this.... it dosn't come with windows 7 on it dosn't it? So i will end up having to buy it and spend way over 1000$ on the new PC :\
