But when i test my connection on my ps3 it only shows it running at 3 meg. It has never been below 20 and its causing me to only contain a 3 bar connection on any online game. Does anyone have a possible solution to this problem. Help would be greatly appreciated. Also i recently replaced my router thinking it was the problem but helped none.

Have you tried a wired connection? That would show if it was router/router settings or not.

yes i did last night ran wired straight from my modem and was running over 30 meg at ps3. then ran back to wired through router and was running at 22 meg last i checked. but was running wired through my router before i switched to wired through modem and was running like 3-4 meg. so i dont know whats going on.
