I didn't believe him when he told me either, then he sent me pictures of the fraps counter ingame and I still thought he was bullshitting. Went over to his house and it blew my mind. I think it had something to do with a weird resolution thing though, because his monitor was 2048x1152, and it ran faster in that resolution in Ultra than on 1920x1080 (which it ran ~55fps).
