Alienware are like macs, but with Windows on them. Overpriced.

Well since you already bought it i guess its too late but like Winning said. They are highly overpriced. If you build a computer, you can get what you need, eliminate the stuff from an ailenware that you dont need, and possibly get better parts than an ailenware, for ~ half the price... Maybe not half the price of a laptop. But definitely half the price of their desktops.

I think it runs really great and i only got it for $2000 which i think is not overprices since im running the following

Crysis 2
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3
Killing Floor
Team Fortress 2
Counter-strike: Source
Battlefield 3

Those all run really fast but one thing i have to agree with you is that Macs are overpriced my friend bought a Mac for $7000

Really? You can get PC that runs BF3 ultra settings all maxed out, max resolution at average 80-90 fps for about 1.3k... You made really bad deal at buyingalienware, they are really bad.
Not writing this to flame or anything, but... quess its alright if you dont know how to built PC, which is really easy !

Should have invested in a better camera instead.
As everyone else has already said, Alienware rips you off and still doesn't give you a great quality build.
