(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm having trouble turning my anti-virus off.
I currently have Sophos anti-virus however I am downloading a Sony vegas 10 torrent but the anti-virus is picking up the keygen as a virus and not letting me install it.
I have tryed a few things
Configure -> Anti-Virus -> On-Access scanning but the on-access scanning is greyed out.
Please let me know if you know how to turn it of even if it involves booting my computer into same mode ect.
Thanks

Do a barrel roll!
you could always just unistall then reinstall , unless its a paid security program with like a registration code for the full version.

just thought of another idea , you could send me a link to the keygen , i'll download it , i'll host it on mediafire and then see if the virus program detects it still. If you wanna do that just message me.

Just found this on a website , you could try going to preferences then disable on-access component.

"You can't temporarily disable all aspects without uninstalling -- but you can disable the on-access component from the Preferences -- this is the part that was likely to impact an installer."

sorry just re-read your first post , just realised its the same thing lol

Add an exception of the keygen into your AV, or try running it as an administrator just encase you haven't :y:
