For that price, I'd say a hell no.
0.3MP built-in webcam.
Up to 4.5 hours battery life.
Graphics:
They don't even bother mentioning this, this means it's a fast computer for it's price, just wouldn't be worthwhile to play any games on it. I suppose you could play League of Legends but expect lag and a lot of processing power being used. Plus, since it's a 4.5 hour battery life, that would mean it using as little of power being on save power mode and then left to drain just sitting there.
Expect with normal use, 2 hours-2.5h of use then plug in.
I'd look for something that says 6hrs, that extra 1.5hrs means 45 or so extra minutes minimum with normal use.
