there is a wide range of games that can be played on these specs, what games do you enjoy playing majority of the time? I can suggest some but I do not play PC games except for CoD4 Competitive.

You can play a multitude of games, however, most modern games wouldn't play very well, due to only 3GB of RAM being installed.

RAM barely affects game performance at all...

You won't be able to play much, old GPU, old CPU.

No point asking what games can you play, find a game you want to play and then ask if you can play that.
