okay, first switch to an i3 2100 same price.
second instead of a 550, get a radeon 6850 for a few more bucks but alot better.
last, get a psu from a respectable company like antec or corsair.

btw- you have to get an intel mobo if you want to switch to an intel cpu.

Looks fine, I would suggest getting a 700+ watt power supply as it will help in the long run, did you decide not to consider a ssd for your primary boot?

- Drop the monitor. Its shit, if you're going to spend 100$ on a monitor make sure its a good one.
- Sound cards are a luxury item for expensive builds. The onboard sound is good enough.
- If you want to save 10$ you can drop the RAM to 1333Mhz, it won't make the slightest bit of difference.
- Change the GPU its not very good, as someone above recommended the 6850 or 6870 are good cards.
- Don't get an AMD CPU, scrape up an extra 50$ and get an i5 2500k. You will be regretting it in the future if you don't.
- Get a Z68 or Z77 motherboard, either is fine. ASRock is my favourite brand, they had the best success rate with the Z68 boards but the manufacturer is entirely up to you.
