(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); HI i was wondering whats the best video card i could buy for my computer under 50$ i wanna buy one that has a hdmi port but i cant find one that fits can any one help

VGA and DVI have the exact same video quality as HDMI. The only difference is they don't send/recieve sound. So all you will get is a HD video.
Simple solution speakers.

Yeah, I know. Most modern HD TVs also have a VGA connection on them too...

Well then assuming your currently using a VGA for whatever display you're using, just connect it to your TV and set the resolution to the highest.
As I said, you will need speakers for sound.
