The 6670 has higher engine/memory clock speeds and comes with GDDR5 memory (fastest) whereas the 6570 has slower engine/memory clock speeds and comes in two types: one with DDR3 memory (slower) and one with GDDR5 just like the 6670. Other than that they're basically the same as both support OpenGL 4.1, OpenCL 1.1 and DirectX 11.
It might be overkill depending on what you're doing but the 6670 is better.

It will be for Gfx and gaming like minecraft with 250x250 texturepacks and all the cods with custom zombie maps while recording with fraps my processer will be a 6 core but im still deciding on the i7 2600k or the amd bulldozer
