I want to block the sites they visit the most on their laptops without them knowing there is a block, so it looks believable, and is there any other ways I could make there time non-enjoyable on the PC.

Well, one easy way is to access your router settings (if you use one), and there should be an option in one of the menus to filter or block certain ip addresses or websites. It's the easiest way to do what you want without installing any software.

How would I do that?

type "192.168.1.1" into your browser. It is most commonly the IP of the router in the network. Login. The most common Username is "admin", with no quotation marks, and the most common passes are "password", or "admin", with no quotation marks.

After you're logged in, just look for the filtering section in your menu and look for something similar to "Block Sites", "Block IPs", or "Block Domains".
