Post: Do You think i should buy a Mac Mini?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i've been looking i have gaming pcs and stuff but i wanna get a mac so i can use some of the programs it has and just because it would be a good learning expirence should i get a mac mini or should i get a older macbook off of ebay or somthing? i don't need crazy specs as i wanna learn about them and only used one once or twice in school

What specific programs are you looking to learn to use that are only available on Macs? If the learning experience you are referring to is regarding Mac OSX, it takes about five minutes to get a hang of the OS. Apple is continuing to fuse Mac OSX and iOS together to make the operating system easier to use for many people.

In my opinion, if you already having gaming PC's then you most likely can run an array of programs; therefore, getting a Mac Mini would be a waste because it offers a limited number of programs that your PC cannot run or there is a PC program that offers similar functionality.

things such as garage band that are only avalible i was also looking at 13in Macbook pro and 21in IMac

If you really want a Mac, go for a laptop as you already own a desktop. However, please consider that there are software counterparts of the exclusive Mac applications for Windows. For example, there is Mixcraft for Windows which is very similar to Garageband and a license is significantly cheaper than the cost of a new Mac.
