Removed all unecessary bootups
Flash + shockwave up to date
using chrome
When my brother watches a youtube video , and say he opens a new tab on chrome (or internet explorer) the video stutters , and lags a little. This really bothers him , how can he fix it?

it used to happen to me alot also, but it was my internet we had to call them and tell them this problem its not ur computer.. its either ur internet or something try clearing cache or something

Yes, Go to youtube and load any video, Right Click and click settings select the left most tab and disable hardware acceleration. This should fix the video stuttering.

This is assuming the problem isn't to do with you having shit internet.
