Is there any difference between the GeForce GTX 660 Ti and the GeForce GTX 660m?

The m version is for laptops, its not as powerful as the Ti version.

lol i have a 550 ti ,560ti the 560 ti runs hot really hot like 89c playing a game without overclocking, just got a 660 ti runs at 78c maxed settings on any game with 30-60+ fps on new games its well worth the $350 i paid for mine also it beats 580s by a little almost as good as a 670 so yea there great cards

The 580 was the fastest single GPU at one point in time. But with technology advancing so quickly I knew that it wouldn't be the fastest for long.

yea ive got my 660 ti overclocked close to 670 stats thats bad considering 670 is almost another $100 depending on what model of 660 you buy, have memory clock with 600mhz more then base and 50 on core with my psu i can go any higher or my computer crashes :dumb:

my 660 ti ive got is made by nvidia if you were wondering 915 base core 3004 for memory ,660's have same shader cores as 670. anyone else reading point of overclocking your ram is if the bus width is lower on the card say 660 to a 670 its how to attempt to match them

Memory overclocking has very little performance increases. Sometimes none. It can cause some instabilities as well. I never overclock mine. I always leave it on default. The core clock will increase performance a noticeable amount. Make sure you're not overheating that card. :p

when the memory bus is 192bit and the 670 is what 256 overclocking memory may improve performance drastically the 670 runs memory at around 7.8ghz almost 8 depending on the card now 660's run at about 6 increasing memory speed can increase this and help bridge the gap in the memory bus width ,now in no way does this mean you can match the same speeds and how much data can be pushed. core clock has to do with shaders more and pointless to expect much gain when there are 1334 cores in the card Winky Winky and you wont get core running much more then a 1ghz without frying it
