(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); In this thread I will be discussing custom watercooling since the computer I have done this once before using a prebuilt case where I just had to fill the tubing and check for leaks, and installing onto the motherboard keep in mind theyre are plenty of guides and videos. Theyres a lot of parts and pieces but it actually isn’t that complicated and with a little bit of hardwork or a prebuilt moddifyed case from frozen cpu which are very nice and good for a simple first time cooling upgrade. Using this as an example which I will be buying for my next build if I have some extra money You must login or register to view this content. it come with a great case, nice custom window, which has a respectable XSPC watercooling kit which includes a respectable 240mm radiator to overclock that CPU up super high. These universal kits are great and don’t cost much more than a corsair h100 or h80 watercooling systems which are ok but don’t have that extra umph to get up over 5ghz stable on the cpu clock. You can also purchase kits for graphics cards and and even ram and the chipset on your motherboard. I would like for this to become a thread where we can have friendly chat about ideas on cases, rads, coolants, CUSTOM WATERCOOLING ISN'T CHEAP. but if you wanna read I got a couple of threads on really good pc websites. This is not advertising.

I defeated!
I was thinking about doing a custom water loop on my PC just because it looks so freaking cool and the extra cooling would be nice too.

what case, do you have any 120mm fan slots? you can buy a kit from frozen CPU. if not u can look for a case with 2 or 3 120mm fans on top if not its not the end of the world you can get a good push pull air cooler if your case is big enough.

do you have fans to fit a radiator onto? do you have room for 2 120s or 2 140s? u can get a single 200m radiator so i think you would need a diffrent case.

You do realize that if you're going into custom loop water cooling you NEED to be ready. Of course you can buy a pre-built case but every six months its recommended to change the tubing and the coolant while bleeding the radiators. People should just get a Corsair H80 or H100 if they're not ready. Oh and did anyone hear about the rumor of a new Corsair 900d and the new H80i and H100i's? Smile1
