Using a BSOD viewer, I see this: You must login or register to view this content.

"ntoskml.exe" seems to be causing the issues that you are having. This seems to be something related to one of your drivers, I am trying to pinpoint the cause but I just can't seem to be able to. For now, you should try to Google "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ntoskrnl.exe" as this is the issue that you are having. It seems to be a driver issue, so if you have any out of date or incompatible drivers, it's time to upgrade. I have also seen this being a RAM issue. So I'd suggest to run this You must login or register to view this content.
and post a screenshot of the results.

If you want more information regarding the BSOSad Awesome (ignore the full path, that's just where I have the file stored)
