right i have a download speed of 2.2mb ps
but my download speed never exceeds 10kb ps
I have allowed as many connections as i have but im still having trouble !
Any ideas?

maybe you internet service provider doesn't allow you to go beyond that speed. but try to limit your upload speed in torrents
