but my download speed never exceeds 10kb ps
I have allowed as many connections as i have but im still having trouble !

Depends on the health of the torrent. The amount of seeders it has is what your dl speed depends on.
Is the torrent you are downloading have a good amount of seeders seeding?

Like the other guy said make sure it has a good amount of seeders and also right-click on the torrent as ur dling it and go to bandwidth allocation and set it to high

Right it had well over 400 seeders ive even tried it with 11000 seeds and no difference and i do set it to high and it makes no difference :/ ?

What site do you download your torrents off? and maybe it's just the amount of seeders, or it can be other stuff (steam,skype,etc) try not to download it at peak times, leave your pc on over night if you have to, If you have a laptop plug in your charger and take out your battery so your battery doesn't cook

i use thp, kat! i use utorrent it that may affect it :/ ill uninstall steam skype ect and ill try again

Its still happening, im using bit tornt now tho! its a joke

Open utorrent and press Crtl+G then select your country and hit run test then save and close. This will give you optimum settings and should improve your speed.
