Here is what I recommend for beginners...Based on what you want to learn, start with HTML & CSS; those are very simple to learn and you will have a good grasp on the two within a day's time. Seeing that you want to learn C and Java, I would actually recommend you to start with Python. Python is another very simple programming language that you can master within a diligent week or two of practice. It will be a great introduction to programming if you haven't much experience. If you don't want to start with Python, just jump into Java- it is similar in many ways, and also fairly simple.
