no, for 700 build it yourself and you can get 3 times the performance as this.

it will run programs good but for $700 even with adobe programs imo its not worth it

Climbing up the ladder
The computer looks nice, only thing I'd change is that GPU,
very low end 7400 version
but if you're not a gamer.. you can run those programs fine no problem.
