For Christmas I got a HD-PVR 2. I set it up to my PS3 by following the instructions and managed to get the picture on my laptop. However there seems to be 10 seconds delay from my controller to the screen. This is very annoying indeed. I have tried it on various other laptops with the same results so I am wondering if my box is faulty or I am doing something wrong?

Please could somebody shed some light on this for me?
