I recently move in appartment and some bugs on my computer arrived.

First, my graphic card make a huge sound..I know its the fans of the card...

Second, I am on my computer and suddenly I hear a sound in my speaker and my computer freeze.

Also, I noticed a decrease of speed of my computer whether it's to read a YouTube video or use my program...

It's not my internet connection because I can do all this things rapidly on my laptop..

Then I don't really know what the problem is...maybe the power ? I know I'm in an old building maybe the electric power can affect my computer or ?

wouldnt think its the power that shouldnt effect speed tried scanning for malware and virus?

can for malware, and if you didnt have enough power it would shutoff, bluescreen
