I had a problem like this before Christmas and it was my router, it was broken. If not try call your isp and it may be your lines. Or it could be you need to update your network drivers if you're on windows 7.

This happened to me just yesterday.

If you've restarted your router and you're sure there's no software issue, it's most likely just a problem at the ISP's end that'll resolve itself.

What isp are you with ?, this sounds like a line problem you will need to know if its there end or your end what country are you in.

Try to unplug your router and modem and after replug your modem wait 5 min and plug your router...what's your router brand ?
