im trying to flip it in sony vegas so its like letterbox like a movie so the bars are on the top not the side,

but when i go into pan and crop and make it not match it like stretches it out and it looks blown up badly

anyone know how to do what i want ?

i rotated the video in movie make and made it so its lengh ways like it should be but now the video is on its side, now i need to rotate and get it to fit 1080x720

go to tools, video, track motion, enable rotation, then rotate

no because that makes the video side ways,

you know how an iphone records and you get black bars on the sides, i want to make the video strech out so no black bars on the side with making the picture look poor,

but i dont think its possible
